There is fresh tomato, cultivated in the field, harvested and processed according to ancient traditions to give life to an artisanal puree with an incomparable taste. And then there's our typical sun-dried tomato, as good as only we can make them, with the care and patience that comes with a 130-hour process. In this sauce, these two tastes meet in a triumph of southern colours and flavours!
