It is a conditutto made from vegetables grown in the open fields on our farm from April to May, and picked by hand from June to September. These vegetables are first naturally dried in the sun, then processed by hand. Tomatoes, onions, capers, olives in a single mixture, seasoned and put in jars with extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredient (s): sun-dried tomatoes(45%), extra virgin olive oil(25%), onion, pitted "Leccina" olives, capers, whole salt, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice.
