

These Whole Summer Truffles come from Acqualagna, the second truffle capital in Italy.
These are selected truffles, more ripe and more regular in shape to offer a product of the highest quality. The truffles are kept in a solution of water and salt and sterilised, prepared so you can taste the precious tuber even out of season.
Directions for use: To cut into thin strips to put on croutons, pasta, risottos, meats and omelettes.
Ingredients: Summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.), Water, salt.
