Taralli with Black Olives

Type "00" soft wheat flour, black olives, extra virgin olive oil (12%), white wine (contains sulfites), salt.
The Schiralli family owns around 20 ha of olive groves at 135 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Murgia Barese, an area characterised by semi-rocky terrain favoured by prolonged and intense exposure to the sun and by the beneficial effect of the rising wind just 12km away from the sea. The name Crudo highlights a passion for doing things well, and a constant quest for the highest quality, translated into natural, simple and authentic products.
