COMPOSITION:
Type "00" soft wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil 12%, Moscato yellow wine (sulphites), salt.
Crudo:
The Schiralli family owns around 20 ha of olive groves at 135 meters above sea level, at the foot of the Murgia Barese, an area characterised by semi-rocky terrain favoured by prolonged and intense exposure to the sun and by the beneficial effect of the rising wind just 12km away from the sea. The name Crudo highlights a passion for doing things well, and a constant quest for the highest quality, translated into natural, simple and authentic products.
