Mix of Vegetables from Salento - I Contadini - 230g
The vegetables that make up this dried aperitif are grown in the open field on our farm from April to May, and harvested by hand from June to September. They are washed, selected, cut into layers and left to dry on the frames for 3-4 days.
Ingredient (s): dried tomatoes, dried eggplant, dried zucchini, dried peppers, pitted "Leccina" olives, extra virgin olive oil(30%), whole salt, capers, chili, apple cider vinegar, fresh mint, garlic, lemon juice.
ORIGIN OF THE TOMATO: ITALY.
