

It is a cream of spicy crescent peppers, grown on our farm at the end of May and harvested by hand from August to October. They are washed, selected, their petioles are removed, then they are cut into rings and refined in salt for a short period. They are then crushed with the addition of Mediterranean spices and placed in extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredient (s): hot peppers(50%), olive oil(27%), sweet peppers(10%), sundried tomatoes(7%), extra virgin olive oil(3%), apple cider vinegar(1.9 %), whole salt(1%), lemon juice(0.1%).
