This artisanal "Celline" olive sauce is really tasty and original, because it is a bit of a cross between an olive pate and a tomato sauce. Dense, dark, full-bodied and delicious, it lends itself very well to pasta, but it can also give life to many gourmet and imaginative dishes.
It is prepared with "Celline" olives from Salento, tomato sauce and extra virgin olive oil.
Ingredient (s): apulian tomato purée(82%), pitted "Celline" olives(10%), extra virgin olive oil(5%), onion(2%), salt(1%).
