This Galantino extra virgin olive oil is produced by cold pressing the olives using stone grindstones and from selected olives of the typical Apulian varieties : Coratina and Ogliarola.
Its balanced aroma and flavour, combined with a very low acidity make it an exceptional oil for raw condiments; used in cooking, it gives flavour and digestibility to food.

Origin : Olive groves of the Galantino family, located north of the city of Bari, Apulia, Italy.
Olive variety : Ogliarola and Coratina.
Colour : golden yellow with olive green reflections.
