Ingredients : Sweetened natural yoghurt cream (pasteurised whole cow's milk, cream, sugar and lactic ferments) and plum jam (30%) (plum puree, sugar and pectin).
The story :
The Amparo, Cándido and Ramón Salmón García de los Salmones brothers, owners of the company, started in San Pedro de Rudagüera, where their parents bought a grocery store in the 1960s. This tavern shop had been in use since the end of the 19th century .
