Our natural yogurt is made only from whole pasteurised cow's milk, pasteurised cream and lactic ferments. This plain yogurt is one of La Ermita's staple products, contains no preservatives or colouring.

The story :
The Amparo, Cándido and Ramón Salmón García de los Salmones brothers, owners of the company, started in San Pedro de Rudagüera, where their parents bought a grocery store in the 1960s. This tavern shop had been in use since the end of the 19th century .
"We don't use curators or additives, we cook naturally, we select the best raw materials and we take care of the entire production process, doing everything we need to do by hand. "
