

La Ermita's goat milk rice is one of their latest delicatessens. Made like their classic rice pudding, but with the unmistakable flavour of delicious goat's milk, a product of Cantabria. Simple and delicious.
Ingredients : Pasteurised goat milk flavoured with cinnamon sticks and lemon zest, sugar and round rice (6%).
The story :
The Amparo, Cándido and Ramón Salmón García de los Salmones brothers, owners of the company, started in San Pedro de Rudagüera, where their parents bought a grocery store in the 1960s. This tavern shop had been in use since the end of the 19th century .
"We don't use curators or additives, we cook naturally, we select the best raw materials and we take care of the entire production process, doing everything we need to do by hand. "
