Lemon Delight is one of La Ermita's most recognised products. This delicious homemade dessert is a mousse made from yogurt, cream cheese and natural lemon juice. Without additives or preservatives. It will be the star of all your desserts!
Ingredients : Sweetened plain yogurt cream (pasteurised whole cow's milk, pasteurised cream, sugar and lactic ferments), pasteurised cottage cheese, sugar and lemon juice (4%).
The story :
The Amparo, Cándido and Ramón Salmón García de los Salmones brothers, owners of the company, started in San Pedro de Rudagüera, where their parents bought a grocery store in the 1960s. This tavern shop had been in use since the end of the 19th century .
