75% rehydrated potato flakes (dehydrated potato flakes, stabilizers: E450, spices, antioxidants: E304, E223, natural flavours, acidity regulator: E330 - contains sulfites), corn starch, potato starch, salt, granite of soft wheat, preservatives: E200, turmeric. Sprinkled with rice flour. May contain traces of potato peel.

"My passion for fresh pasta was born in the 70s when taking advantage of the experience acquired with my family I opened in the center of Cinisello Balsamo the : " Raviolino d'Oro ", a small shop of "homemade" fresh pasta. With this objective in mind, the "Raviolino d'Oro" has grown to become the current "Pastificio Barosi": a modern pasta factory which covers 2000 square meters and respecting the recipes of the culinary tradition, it combines (respecting the strictest standards of food production) know-how with technological innovation, in order to offer only high quality and tasty products.
