





This is a cold-pressed olive oil obtained exclusively from the Coratina, Ogliarola, Paranzana, Leccino, Nocellara and Carolea olives that are harvested in the Galantino family estate. Each year, Galantino produces only 5,000 bottles of Affiorato "gran cru".
Affiorato consists in taking the oil that forms on the surface of pressed olive paste.
Origin: From the north of Bari, from Apulia, "La Fenice- Coppa Malva", localities belonging to the Galantino family.
Varieties of olives: Coratina, Ogliarola, Paranzana, Leccino, Nocellara and Carolea
Harvest: by hand until November 30.
Colour: Golden yellow with olive green reflections.
Odour: Fresh, herbaceous, powerful, with notes of almonds, enriched with delicate floral scents and references to the tomato leaf which create a complex and elegant bouquet.
Taste: Delicately fruity, with light bitter and spicy notes, in perfect harmony with a rich complex of plant scents and sweet aromatic and persistent notes.
