IGP Balsamic Vinegar Seasoning with Fig

Characterised by softness and sweetness, it is the result of the maceration of a fig puree which takes place directly in balsamic vinegar, then decanted and aged in barrels for a few months.

Ideal on fresh cheeses, cooked hams and shoulders, cut and braised beef in red wine.

Balsamic with truffle, fig and raspberry

Three products with a very good taste balance, made from Balsamic Vinegar 3 Gold Medal through infusion techniques for the truffle and maceration for the fruits. The resulting blends are then left to mature for a further period of at least 6 months in oak barrels.

The specifications of the "Protected Geographical Indication (PGI)" label stipulates that the cooked or concentrated must comes exclusively from seven grape varieties, all typical of the Modena and Reggio Emilia territories : Lambrusco, Sangiovese, Trebbiano, Albana, Ancellotta, Fortana and Montuni .

It also stipulates that the assembly of raw materials, the development, refining and / or ageing in noble wooden containers must take place in the provinces of Modena and Reggio Emilia.

Ingredients: Cooked grape must, Wine vinegar.

Ageing: 12 years in barrels, with the addition of already aged balsamic vinegar from centuries-old barrels.
