

Yellow tomato purée
This yellow tomato purée has a smooth, very intense and aromatic texture: the best way to savour the full taste of tomato. Passatas are produced exclusively from fresh tomatoes, carefully selected and processed within 24 hours of harvest.
COMPOSITION:
Cherry tomatoes, water, salt.
TASTING SUGGESTION:
To be used as a pizza sauce, for vegetable based sauces or with simple and salty ingredients such as anchovies or bottarga.
