The chicken terrine of the Petitesl Guignières are made from outdoor hens raised on the farm and are free of colouring and preservatives.
Hens from France 50% (meat and liver), pork from France, pommeau 4%, egg, shallot, milk protein, potato starch, salt, pepper, thyme.
Without dyes or preservatives.
For the aperitif, spread on toast.

Since 1978, the Petites Guignières farm has been raising laying hens in the heart of Perche. The farm’s three units of 1,500 hens are raised outdoors and fed with farm grain. To promote the well-being and health of hens, Bruno DEBRAY gave up antibiotics and prefers to use natural methods, such as essential oils and homeopathic products.
