Sandrine, has been a jam-maker for fifteen years, and she creates authentic jams on behalf of Epicea in her laboratory in Eure et Loir. A jam is first of all a fruit. It is for this reason that at Epicéa, the fruits are specially selected for their quality and their origins.

For ecological and economic values, we select local fruits as a priority in order to preserve nature, everyone's health and the sustainability of our jobs in France and in producing countries.

These fruits are produced with respect for traditions: fruit is cut and manually prepared, then cooked in pots of approximately 16 kilograms.

Ingredients: fruit, sugar, pectin. Prepared with 52g of fruit per 100g, 49g of sugar per 100g.

Net weight: 245g
