The cream is smooth, the nutty taste is very pronounced and lasts a long time in the mouth.

Since 2004, they have committed themselves in their pastry / gastronomy to offer food with the most natural ingredients possible and less manipulation by food chemistry, trying to respect nature with its resources and needs, paying attention to the use and recycling of materials.
