



Teo & Bia is an artisanal company based in a small valley of San Salvatore Monferrato, in the North of Italy. It creates delicate products combining gourmet ingredients, grown with respect for the environment and the consumer. So, you will not find any milk, soy lecithin, gluten, but only a wise selection of organic ingredients!
COMPOSITION:
Cane sugar, cocoa, hazelnuts, all from organic farming. Guaranteed without palm oil, soy lecithin, gluten, and milk. Homemade.
TASTING:
The cream is smooth, the nutty taste is very pronounced and lasts a long time in the mouth.

Since 2004, they have committed themselves in their pastry / gastronomy to offer food with the most natural ingredients possible and less manipulation by food chemistry, trying to respect nature with its resources and needs, paying attention to the use and recycling of materials. In this way, they have created a hazelnut cream with only three ingredients: hazelnuts, cane sugar and bitter cocoa without milk, gluten or soy lecithin.
