Macina Ligure:

The "La Macina Ligure" company was formed by a family of peasant origins which, from generation to generation, has always been devoted to the cultivation of products of the Ligurian soil, in particular basil and olives. The geographical position of the company (Diano Castello - Imperia) has made it possible to exploit the region in which the renowned olives from Taggiasche grow. The cultivation of the products used as ingredients is personally monitored and the soil is cultivated using traditional methods, with natural fertilisers without using any chemical additives. All their products are organic, certified by "Bioagricert".
